This is by far one of our most popular dash and deck lights because of its features and versatility.
The light itself is a full DUO meaning that it can flash a primary color and then steady burn as a white scene light. The light features a slim rectangular design with a host of mounting brackets included.
Flat mount:
For flat surfaces such as the side windows of an SUV or rear window of a pickup truck, snap on the adjustable tabs that adhesive mount to flat surfaces.
Windshield mount:
For a front window mount. snap on the included "angled Shroud" and use the included angled tabs that can adhesive mount to the front windshield
For Temporary use:
For temporary , removable applications, use the metal "U" bracket with the 2 suction cups . This bracket can be used with or without the plastic angled shroud.
For Permanent mounting:
For permanent mounting that requires the light to be screwed into a surface, use the included metal "U" bracket and do not install the 2 suction cups. This bracket acts as a permanent standoff type mount that will allow you to use nuts/bolts or screws to secure the light.
Rearview mirror stud mount:
To hang this light from the bottom of the rearview mirror stud, simply attach the metal "U" bracket and use the included metal loop.
The light features a 10 foot cord with a cigar plug at the end. Cig plug has an on/off switch for the main warning light as well as on/off override switch for the steady burn white light. Plug can be cut off and hard wired for permanent installations.
Flash patterns are achieved thru a small push button at the front of the light.
